great stay but breakfast layout needs improvement

The room was very nice & clean. The beds were comfortable, nice for a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the modern shade for the window with better light control compared to traditional curtains. Breakfast options were satisfying, but the layout caused congestion.

The hotel was in a particularly good location really close to restaurants and shopping and eateries and bike trails for what we wanted it for...

everything was great, with courteous staff, met my needs. the setting was quiet, close to bike trails, and restaurants and shopping. furthermore, in the middle of jackson. i stayed for 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the room, which was incredible with microwave and fridge.

Spacious queen suite, great for families. Luggage storage could be better.

great access to parks and walkable city landmarks

I loved how close we were to Wicker Memorial Park, just a stroll away, and the beautiful signs and scenery at Carlson Oxbow Park really added to our city walks. Our king studio suite was perfect for winding down after a busy day, though I could have done with a better breakfast selection.

The King Studio Suite provided avery comfy and tidy environment, complemented by a hot food selection at breakfast that was enjoyable. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, particularly highlighted by the efficient service despite a busy check-in period. The overwhelming check-in situation left many guests waiting, which called for better staffing to handle high occupancy times efficiently.

The king studio suite was nice and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The air conditioning worked great, and I loved having cable channels and a tv. The fitness center was clean, and the indoor pool was refreshing. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options to start the day.

Home2 suites by hilton has great facilities! Loved the breakfast options and our queen suite with two queen beds had a spacious kitchen, perfect for families. It was also awesome to be close to bike trails.

Perfect Stop for Road Trips!

This place was awesome! The room was massive with a full kitchen setup, which came in super handy. The breakfast was really good-everything looked tasty! Just wish we had. They closed it down right at 9. Still a great deal for what we got!

I spent 2 nights and would book here again. By and large, it was an excellent place for sightseeing in Hammond; had much fun. - I greatly enjoyed the room with a microwave and fridge. - the hotel was not far from restaurants.
